Candice Deanna has changed her rates and day of timing for clients who chose to for-go a trial and only book DAY-OF wedding Makeup and/or Makeup & Hair services.
This is due to time being a rare commodity on the morning of the wedding and without a trial we haven't had the opportunity to know if we are wanting tweaks and adjustments to the look once you have it on you! This means if you are wanting any changes it isn't in the thoughtfully timed out schedule for the morning as well as the time to do the changes and adjustments aren't being compensated for.
If you bundle a trial and day of services together when you sign your contract the rate is discounted! Yah! If you chose to do a trial PRIOR to booking me on the day of your wedding this DOES NOT guarantee I save the date for you. I only secure a date with a signed contract and a deposit.
If you chose to book only DAY OF services with NO trial then we increase the time on the wedding day to accommodate for any additional time for a longer consult and tweaks and changes that may be made to the look and the pricing reflects that.
Candice Deanna is prioritizing her TRIPLE THREAT Packages for 2025/2026 but is still taking inquiries for Makeup & Hair and Makeup ONLY bookings with a minimum number of services.

Wedding day makeup WITH TRIAL: $500

This includes a 1.5 hour trial prior to the wedding (we usually recommend no further than 6 months out due to changing trends and preferences), 15 minute consult, airbrush foundation, lash application, face chart to be saved and referred to on wedding day

Day of Application completed as per trial with any additional changes or tweaks recommend or asked for after. 1 hour application, plus 15 minute final touch-ups once in wedding dress.

If you're shopping around for an artist and don't want to commit until you've tested us out first (booked prior to booking day of wedding services, 1.5 hour service and if booked prior to contract signing and deposit being paid PLEASE be aware that this does not mean the wedding date is secured)

Additional OTHER makeups: $200. 45 minute application service time.

This includes: Airbrush Foundation Add-on for everyone! It's of course optional but highly recommend for all brides and bridal party. It's longwearing, waterproof and the lightest weight foundation you can possible wear. Great for no-makeup looks on freckled skinned gals or full on coverage for those who want a flawless look (and anywhere in between), lashes AND a mini touch up kit for each application.

Upgrade to Deluxe touch up kits for everyone and are available to pre-purchase for the bridal party. A select stock amount is available for the day of to purchase if no pre-order is made. $25/person extra.

A self guided spa facial treatment pre-ordered for the night before. Pick up at Nanaimo studio the week prior to the wedding and have a girlie self-care evening before the wedding day!

Wedding Day Bridal Hair Styling WITH trial: $500

Clip-in Extension Installation (clients own): $35

Client hair extensions must be 100% human hair, pre-color matched, freshly washed and fully dry. Add's on 15 minutes to appointment time. MUST notify Candice Deanna if anyone wishes to add on this PRIOR to day of as it affects the timeline for the day and we can not guarantee being able to accommodate if no notice is given.

Clip- in Extension rental: $85 for the day of rental and installation and $150 refundable deposit. If you are requiring hair extensions please come in to studio for a color match as we do not bring hair extension on site for bookings unless pre-arranged. Available for anyone in the bridal party. Adds an additional 15 minutes/person on day of.

Hollywood Waves: $75/person extra for styling PLUS clip in extension fees (either clients own or rental)

As this is a LUXURY styling service and takes more time to perfect the look as well as use of hair extensions in MOST cases, this is a style that isn't included in my packages and MUST be added on in advance to allow for enough time in the schedule.

Additional things to budget for...

When we send you a quote for services you've inquired for it comes to you in a easy to navigate quote builder with ALL fee's displayed so the quote you accept has no hidden fee's!

There is a travel fee depending on location of services needed. The travel rate for mileage is $0.70/km round trip and a rate for time accrued travelling of $45/hour round trip for time spent getting to location.

50% Non Refundable Deposit to hold dates ( alternative payment plans are available if needed, minimum deposit amount required is 30% on TRIPLE THREAT bookings ONLY)* contract signed between parties

Early Morning fees apply additional $15/15 minutes (before 8am starts)

Assistant fees apply starting at $150/assistant( for weddings over a certain number of services I have a team I can ask to help out if you're needing to be done early or have quite a lot of people needing makeup and hair!) However, in 2025 Candice will be changing up Additional Makeup and Hair assistant requests by connecting the client with the Artist directly to book rather than coordinating between client and assistant. I

If Candice herself is booked on another wedding but one of her team is there is an additional admin fee in leu of assistant fee and Candice will coordinate between you and the team member.

We have the unique ability of having our converted van to sleep in if the location is far away from studio base in Nanaimo, we can discuss parking it up the night before close to the venue or at a campground nearby so that no hotel accommodations will be needed if it is an early start or a further commute to the prep location
If you're booking Makeup or Makeup & Hair ONLY
Please note:
If you've already secured your photographer and not taking advantage of booking a TRIPLE THREAT Package and are only needing Makeup ONLY or Makeup & Hair services, we do have a minimum services policy in place for Saturday and Sundays (and over long weekends) from MAY to October. This is due to the fact that those are our most sought after dates and we prioritize larger bookings for them.
Minimum booking is 5 services (one must be the bride) or 6 services (if not including the bride).
Can be a mix of Makeup ONLY or Makeup & Hair Services (at this time she does not offer HAIR only).
However, if you're struggling to fill that minimum requirement and I still have it available you can either request to be put on a list to connect back with you 2 months out from your wedding. This works for elopements and micro weddings where you may not have a bridal party or if budgeting concerns limit the wedding party from wanting services done.
Alternatively, if you DON"T have a photographer secured, our TRIPLE THREAT packages have no minimum for makeup and hair services other than the BRIDE!
